Whatever's cheap. Then pair it with a quiet, low power, 5400RPM 1TB Western Digital "Green" drive for storing ROMs. I'm all about the quiet and low power consumption. I'm not a huge fan of Asrock motherboards. I know a lot of people like them though. Personally, one of my favorite motherboards is the ASUS P8Z77-M, though it's no longer available at Newegg. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131832 Definitely get a "normal" case, not a "test rig".
