The MAME Plus! 0.161 (32-bit) you have uploaded is really v0.160. I'd assume the same is true for the 64-bit one too. If you load the emulator and scroll to Configure General Inputs, you'll see the version says v0.160.
Also, of course the text files and DAT file you have included, MAME+ 0.161.dat and Gamelist+_161.txt, in that download should be renamed and modified to reflect the correct version, v0.160.

Also, might I suggest a slight tweak to the description of this subforum. It currently says the following:

It has catlist files, samples, DATs, MESS related content, tools, icons, derivative builds, etc. So maybe include the word "MESS" and "Other Add-On Files" to the subforum description... or something similar like that. Or you could just say something like: "Questions and suggestions concerning all MAME related content found on the website can be discussed here."
