Pre 2015 J-PAC Issue: Suddenly some keys not working

Hi,

I have a pre 2015 J-PAC (PS/2) and suddenly some keys are not working anymore.

Even when I short P1 buttons 4,5 or 6 with GND by a tweezer directly at the J-PAC, they are not recognized so that means it is not a wiring problem of the buttons on the panel

Is this a hardware issue?

Any help is appreciated.
