Any good/reliable/competent EPROM dumpers in UK?

Hi.

I have a device which has a soldered-on 27C512 PLCC EPROM chip. I want to dump the EPROM contents but don't have the skills to do a good job of it myself.

Can anyone recommend someone in the UK who is experienced with & has the proper equipment to desolder and dump that chip, then re-solder it to the PCB?
