Just make sure your video has 60FPS otherwise devs won't accept these as valid references!
I don't know why these videos should be at 60fps since who provides the videos are people who actually have pcbs running on their monitors and can provide useful information, regardless of video speeds (pcb owners can describe what they are actually seeing on screen and this info should be valid as well).
Remember that not everyone has access to 60fps camcorders to make videos of pcbs at this framerate and this should not be a problem IMHO.
