I was only able to find one reference shot of this instruction strip online, but it was basically the same as the Raiden II strip with the DX logo and a third button for auto fire so I've put together a fairly authentic recreation. I couldn't make out whether they used the word "Rapid" or "Auto" for that button, but when with Auto. If anyone has a better image that would confirm that please let me know (or even better a legit scan).
