Choplifter CPO vectorization

I leveraged RaspBear's Sega logo for this, thanks again RaspBear for all your excellent work.

The original CPO had some slightly off angles in the black/white arrows which I eliminated, and the SEGA logo in the original had some minimal differences in spacing, so this is not 100% identical to the original, but it could also be considered better. I'm not sure if the alignment on the text was intentional or not, as it is left aligned on the left while centered on the right, but I retained that discrepancy.
