It's not quite the end.

The existing forum, tracker and server are finished. All the couple of hundred torrents are gone. However, some HBMAME and MAME torrents will continue in a new format. They will use magnet torrents which means no tracker. This in turn means no enforcement of ratios, no shitlist, the old ways are over. Anyone may join the torrent without needing to be a member.

The new system will begin with 0.236, when it gets released.
