First of all, only conservatives like you keep harping on about cattle farts, people who have actually looked into the topic and educated themselves know that A) the majority of methane from cattle comes from burps, not farts, and B) nobody wants to take your hamburgers away, the Green New Deal doesn't even mention hamburgers.
