Best TV for MAME cabinet

Hello friends. How are you?

I'd like to buy a 32" TV for my MAME arcade cabinet. I'll use HDMI connection with a Geforce GTS 450 and Windows 8. So, I have some questions about the specs:

1 - It's a good idea to buy a full hd TV?
2 - Wich frequency is better? 60, 120 or 240 hz.
3 - LCD, LED or PLASMA.

tv's de led são legais pela fácil conexão, mas eu prefiro o velho tubo de imagem, tudo pela originalidade...

I already have an arcade cabinet with cga monitor and I'll use it only for lightgun games.

For the other cabinet with 4 players, I want a TV.

What do you think about?
