Thanks for sharing the source files.

I stitched the parts and restored the bezel.
Scratches, tears, missing parts and stains are gone ;-)
It seems the original bezel was somewhat bent or scanning introduced some distortion. To match the pieces together correctly I had to slightly modify the actual CRT area and do minor edits on the graphics.

It can surely be further improved (e.g. instructions text) but to me it seems good to go, for the time being.
