Connecting UMSA to tv

Hi all my cab is almost completed but i have this problem with a my tv not being recognised and powerstrip only opens control panel - display - screen resolution
where it only shows one screen, my pc screen.
Right clicking on the toolbar icon is not doing anything at all, normaly it should give some kind of menu.. well it is not.
to clear things up my lcd screen is hooked up to my on board card, my UMSA is hooked up to my video card with a soft 15khz dongle inbetween.
I thought that the UMSA would be recognised as a screen adaptor to save me from trouble, nope nothing.
There seems to be no way to set a screen up since powerstip is only opening my control panel.
what the hell am i supposed to do??
I can get the scrolling white lines on my tv during startup, for the rest i am blocked by powerstrip.
My graphix card is a radeon HD7750
and my pc screen is connected to intel graphix card
both are connected with the regular vga connectors, my bios is set for primary onboard and (dual graphix, or expansion).
did i break powerstrip somehow? i removed it and reinstalled it to get the menu back but no avance.

Polybius is a vector game. You must use a raster monitor.
Anyway what are you doing messing around with Powerstrip if you have the Soft15KHz dongle?

it is not a polybius cabinet, just a regular mame.
I thought i needed it to convert the signal to pal.
anyway i installed soft 15khz hooked it all up still just a grey scrolling screen, the white scrolling lines are gone but still no picture, the problem is i have no idea what resolution my tv is, it is a big Loewe calida, one of those letterbox types i think it is 5:4
could it be that i don't even need that dongle? i just read that it is to make new video cards work with soft15khz, or am i wrong?
so many questions, ontop of that i locked myself out since my pc screen is not working with 15khz and you cannot uninstall 15khz in safe mode since it uses the windows driver in safe mode.
Deleting all the reg keys manualy did not work either, uninstalling the drivers did work, then windows 7 started installing the drivers automaticaly again lucky for me not the same ones otherwise i was locked out by 15khz again.
and i just figured out i cannot connect one screens to the onboard and one on the pci card, disconnecting a screen and attaching again is not working without a restart.
