I've been working on recreating The End and Venture bezels in vectors for over 2 years (not every day!  )
They are both almost finished; placed them on pause for a while. Those countless tiny details are a pain.
The lower right corner of The End is basically broken in pieces with missing areas; I'm redrawing it based on low res pics I found.
Will restart work on it next WE.

I have some pretty good photos of The End's bezel, taken of the machine at Funspot. You can have them if they might help you fill in the missing areas.
Also - I recreated the control panel artwork for a 3dArcade model several years ago. Let me know when you're done with the bezel and I'll make a high-res png version of my vector, so the whole The End package will be available.

If you could share those pics it would be great, as said especially the lower right corner ("tank wheel") and the bottom terrain. These are the most ruined areas.
I started some vectorization of the CPO years ago but is unfinished. If your is based on high res it's surely better.

PM sent about the photos.
I undistorted the cp photos I took, vectorized all the linework so the buttons lined up with the measurements I took, and used a brushed metal texture for the background. Did the same for other Stern cp's. Here's a pic.

Thanks also to you your pics @jibmums I was able to recreate the most ruined part of the source scan.
Everything has been accurately redrawn including every little detail (huge amount of nodes !).
Still some smaller parts to fix and color calibration to do but the hardest part is now done
