Which Front End For An External USB Hard Drive?

Are there any frontends that you can save and use on an external USB hard drive without having to install in Windows? Basically, I want to have a portable MAME drive with everything on it, ROMs, CHDs, extras, etc. that I can bring anywhere and hookup to a computer and use, without having to install anything.

MameUi, Mame with the internal gui, Arcade...

I don't know any frontend that has to be installed to run mame. I thought all were portable.
