TurboGrafx 16 Arcade cab

This popped up on Arcade-Classics.
Apparently it has a PCB inside, No more details than that.
Is this an item that has already been accounted for assuming its more than just a gutted TB16 inside a cab for some reason?

Guessing it's this:

Found one of these one day digging around in Gene's warehouse; that's where the driver started from. The marquee I have is different, though... that one looks a bit more generic.

Could also be a Tourvision cab?
