Many thanks to @TheJeffMatson for his generosity in contributing this very rare bezel (I believe his copy may be one of only a few in existence at this point) back to the community. He took the time to take a number of high quality scans for this artwork.
The bezel had a fair amount of wear and tear, and this style of art does not lend itself well to restoration or recreation, so hopefully I did it justice.
I'll upload the full resolution files and scans to Mr. Do's drive if anyone else wants to take a stab at restoring this.
