Gfx Corruption in 'StreetFighter III New Generation (USA 970204'.......
#243710 - 01/15/11 08:08 PM

Just wondering if this is a known fault (cant see anything on Mametesters) or has it just appeared in a new Mame build..

Splash Screen is fine...

But as soon as we get into the game....

(other versions (JPN and ASIA NO CD) are ok.....

Your .nv file is corrupted - either you didn't shut MAME down cleanly while playing the game or a virus or other problem broke it. Delete it and let the CD flash procedure complete again and it should be fine.

Ahhh...thanks, that fixed it..

Didnt even occur to me to delete NVRAM, as usually in my experience if thats the problem, game usually crashes out before loading, and thought it odd the splash screen was okay....

I don't recall MAME crashing due to NVRAM problems, although it would be an untested code path.
