Q*Bert Samples...

Hello,
Not sure if it was the latest build or the previous one, but it appears that Q*Bert either isn't playing the sound samples anymore, or the sounds have drastically changed. If it's not using the samples anymore, is there something I can do to enable them?

Thank you. I have the vortrax rom. Is there anything special I need to do? The sounds still sound really off

I think the emulation is still under progress with that chip as it was just added recently. It also affects a few other games with that chip. So it is a bit of WIP for that new chip. http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Number=361886
Just a mater of time and interest from one of the devs to keep at it. Just having the simulation in there is a big step.
