Goalie Ghost - my player keeps moving to the right

In the game "Goalie Ghost", my player continually moves to the right. I can control my player by moving up, down, left, right. But when I don't press anything, my player keeps moving to the right. Does anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it?

I'd say there is a good chance it will be fixed for 0.144u3.
Seems there was some input core regression in certain instances causing the player to automatically move.
If you want to work around it temporarily, switch mapped keys for Track X Analog X DEC and INC in "Input (this game)", "Analog Controls", then change Track X Reverse to OFF. The problem doesn't manifest itself with reverse OFF.
Just keep in mind to clear the controls (gghost.cfg) when you upgrade MAME.
