Graphic bug in Burgertime cocktail mode 2nd player mame .144u6

In cocktail mode for 2nd player, the bottom half of the screen is at the top of the screen and the top half is at the bottom.

Confirmed and now logged at MameTesters:

I did some quick testing and determined a regression version. It appears to effect all games in the driver.
