Yep, I created 320x224 (cvt format) with nvidia control panel but even winmodelines seems to work fine! edit- actually winmodelines look blurry, specially 321x240 which looks horrible compared to 320x240 using nvidia custom resolutions.

Thanks!, I swapped to win10 because I was expecting to play new dx12 games but it seems it´s gonna take devs another year of learning lol.

DX12 games should start to show up in quantity this fall. Really good DX12 games are probably a few years off yet - just making an existing engine like Unity or Unreal run on DX12 isn't optimal the way designing around low-level APIs from the ground up (as e.g. Ashes of the Singularity did) will be.
