Mameui64 0.176 Not reading .cfg controller files in ctrlr folder
#357027 - 07/28/16 01:42 PM

When I click on default game properties --> controllers --> default input layout there are no entries listed. I thought this would read the .cfg files in the ctrlr directory, but it now seems to pick up nothing so my joystick cannot be set correctly.

Anyone else having the same problem Mameui64 0.176?

Hey I'm having the same issue in .177... even from downloading the program directly and trying it immediately before modifying anything... it works on an old version I have (165)... not sure what you mean by ini files being set up properly... I checked everything against the old version and it appears the same. I also tried pointing directly to the cfg file for the controller I want to use using the mame.ini file under input options and still nothing. Please help, thanks!!

EDIT: It looks like a bug... 177 32 bit works... 176 64 doesn't, although 175 64 bit it works as well.
