[Trunk] Regression: gaelco3d.cpp

MAME v0.200 (mame0200-379-ga632b01217)
x64 on Win 10 x64 Pro

During a bench run, saw that Radikal Bikers jumped 177%, turns out it's a black screen on it and the other games in the driver. Worked in .200 release.

I created an issue in GITHUB too, not sure which venue is preferable these days for trunk regressions.

Don't bother reporting unless you have tested the very latest GIT before you post to Github. Not all fixed bugs get logged although we try to at least log @ MT those which regressed version to version (public releases).

Great efforts are made to find regression usually within a day or two of new code (I test thousands of machines a day, usually) and sometimes things do slip through the don't fall within my test realm. Most of the time, regressions found with WIP GitHub source are detected and fixed shortly thereafter. This one bug, for example, regressed just hours earlier but would have been caught during the next day's test by myself (this morning).

In any case, thanks for keeping vigilant and noticing those regressions. Never hurts to have more eyes on such things.

Thanks for the info, I build from tip of trunk at 6 am and 6 pm daily so sometimes hit these things in your window. AJR got to it in quick fashion.
