Marquee restored (source scan by MrDo).
As usual lots of scratches, blemishes and missing areas fixed.

Bezel.
Basically only one low res pic of the cab to be found:

Bezel recreated in vectors. Uses a particular version of the Nichibutsu logo with bolts on the side.
Unhappy with available vector Nichibutsu logos so I made a new one based on logos found on Terra Force and Mag Max marquee.
Vector full Mag max bezel restore also now in the works ;-)

It is already the english card. Issue it needs to be "recomposed" with elements from the JP one. Built the image from different slanted pics; tried to straighten but as you can see result is not good.

Ha, you beat me to it. I was looking to create that bezel myself 
I'm not 100% sure, it might be the plexi, but it looks like the original had a satin texture? I was going to see about creating a version with that.
Also, it looks to me like the lightning bolts have a red border in the original and the yellow square might have a kind of embossed look.
Or am I imagining things... the pic is pretty blurry

I noticed too the bolts border looking red vs black; even borders of the Nichibutsu logo look reddish. I checked and I could not find any other game artwork where those bolts have borders different from black. The Terra Force CPO also seems to have that logo with black borders. Of course it could actually still have red borders on the bezel.
Not sure about the square being embossed, surely as you said Yes, the purple on the pic has a sort of satin or metallic look I could not recreate in vectors.
With so bad source pic it's quite difficult to say how it really should look.
In any case I shared also the SVG so you can play around ;-)

Found Instruction and hint cards under "unstitched" MrDo's artwork. They were ripped off the bezel and small parts of the bezel are still attached. This allowed to get the real colors of the bezel (it's actually a gradient); updated version attached.
Also followed @arsinvictus suggestion for bolt color.

Just thought I'd throw this out here for folks to see your work come together into a nice vertical overlay. Thanks for the great restoration and recreation of this artwork RaspBear!
Once you have the other instruction card restored I will update this. (I'm assuming from your last comment that you are working on it).
I did alter the color a bit in the marquee, I'm assuming the backlight shifted the color of the red tones to be more purple on this marquee, as that is how the ref photos looked.

Thanks for sharing this Raspbear, I'll definitely make time to watch it this weekend. I've been wanting to learn how to do vector work, at least for simple things. Your tutorial should be perfect for me.
Do you currently use Inkscape? I currently have Illustrator along with my Photoshop license, do you have a preference?

I started using Inkscape many years ago so I'm used to that.
Still the basic functions for vectors are common among most softwares. On Adobe side I got licensed Lightroom (latest stand alone), PS and PSE that I use for photography.

Finished ;-)
All recreated in vectors except the logo.
Now just some cleanup of that other yellow hint card and we're done with this game.
