Trying to finish my list using the taitosj.cpp and got to kickstart, very hard to fing images of the arcade cabinet, I did find one on the KLOV forums, very dirty and was a conversion, but zI did find an old Cconversion kit on Worthpoint with great pics, recreated the control tags used the generic romstar gray cpo from arcadeartwork.org I did remove the instruction card from the Marquee image, recreated and placed it on the bezel.
The pics of the Kit don't even show it so I'll assume it could be put anywhere even on the CPO.
