— I started on the emulation of this family of Ensoniq synthesizers long ago, and they finally got pulled over the finish line by contributor Christian Brunschen. By way of a victory lap, here's one of the songs from Ensoniq's "Multi-Product Demo Disk". It's a bunch of short segments, each in a different musical style. In several cases you will not guess what's coming next!
This family of synths has their core embedded in a bunch of Taito games from the 1990s, including all of the games on the F3 System board. —
The other emulated working Ensoniq brand synth that contributor Christian Brunschen had in working shape in MAME in 2025. Folks doing comparisons with emulation versus actual equipment.
