Core:
- switched to Visual Studio 2026
- misc: instead of taking over all dependency roms for a machine, standalone mode now only takes the required ones
- misc: nonmerge mode, when resolving filters, only auto add devices and bios machines instead of all
- misc: updated bit7z to 4.1.0, updated 7z sdk/dll (26.02), lots of improvements and no need to keep my own fork anymore
- misc: updated pugixml to 1.16
- fixed: rar5 files can be skipped since they are falsely identified as "not first volume"
UI:
- fixed: reset threads to auto (instead using 1) when you switched to a new system with different hardware thread count
