I'd like to customize my own build a little more.
My idea is to add a new section to let the user know what every button combination in the control panel does. It would show a screen with that info.
The best way would be an image, instead of text, but I don't know if the tab menu can display graphics.
Well, actually the best way would be assigning a button in my control panel to show that image, but I still don't know how to do this. With the customizations of my MaLa frontend I used CPV2.exe, a tool to display images from the command line (or from a script), but it doesn't work with MAME.
For now, my less elegant solution is to permanently display that info on the sides of the screen with artwork.
