bezel fail :(

I'm failing at adding a bezel in MAME. Please help.

Here is the result on my 1080p screen:

The game screen area is OK but the bezel seems to be shrunk (scaled), making it overlap the game screen a little, and giving huge black borders around the edges of the screen.
