Looked about and your own pictures seem to suggest it might use a 27c400 which is a 16-bit EEPROM pinout and as there's two roms I'm going assume one is low and one is high for the 32-bit i960
EDIT: Oh, was looking at the program roms, not IC12 or 13, unless you need 27c2048's I wouldn't know, sorry
