Intellectual skills [outside of his area of knowledge] is zero, but he does have con artist street smart skills of knowing how to swindle money from stupid folks.....so that probably means not having to learn as much.

Even Lincoln and Savings Loan swindler Charles Keating [from 1980s/1990s era] would have told Human Resources department: "That guy over there [pointing to the sob] is stupid. We can't have that person involved if we are going steal money from investors. Please show him the door while I talk to his father Fred over the phone explaining why his son isn't working out."
