You can't, those are important information screens. We don't want people turning them off, forgetting they turned them off, and then reporting bugs or the user otherwise having a bad experience because they ran something and were completely oblivious to what issues they might encounter.
They exist for good reason, once people start disabling them things get ugly on the forums and other support networks very quickly. The vast majority of false bug reports are a direct result of people hacking them out, would be nice if I could bill people for my time in cases like that.
