Yes unfortunately just that bad low res image for the cpo.
Marquee scan is available but lower part is cut off.
An ad on ebay shows lower part of the game logo, namco/kaneko logo and more parts of the fighter ship on the right.
Could try to rebuilt the "complete" marquee but my queue of pending restorations is already long.
