I need help. My screen keeps rotating while playing.

I've been playing MAME games but because they use the keys ctrl, alt, and arrow keys mainly (sometimes space) my windows 10 keeps rotating while I play because of the ctrl+alt+[arrow key] rotating my screen and messing up my game. How can I disable this in windows 10? Microsoft tech support got me nowhere. I'd think maybe you guys know, since you guys play MAME.
