I pulled this from a copy of the flyer for this game that I scanned at 600dpi. I wasn't able to find a good image of the original card, but from the blurry photos I found of the arcade cabinet the instruction card seemed to be the same image as in the flyer, but with the Roc N' Rope logo at the top. So, I tweaked the version in the flyer to include the logo and replicate the original card as well as I could.
