Hi,
I think the above folders might have the name swapped.
Inside MAME, if select "zx spectrum"/"romset: spectrum" and then scroll to a game - jetpac a.e. - we can read at the bottom of MAME UI "Software list/item: Spectrum_cass (snip)"
Using Jetpac example, the .png is inside spectrum_cart instead.
However this may just well be a case of incomplete image sets but just in case, i though it should be better to report this.
