MAMEWorld Forums - EmuChat - Anyone know of any 100% guides for Gallop Racer 2003?

Playing the PAL version aka attheraces presents Gallop Racer, there doesn't seem to be much info at all about this game, not even the Japanese release (Gallop Racer 6).

Specifically, how to actually unlock all of the jockey skills, rather than just showing a list of each one without explanation on how they are unlocked. Most of the Google results are from 15+ years ago and are next to useless, or the sites are long gone and/or link to whatever scammer/squatter took over (not even archive.org is much help with this game), or have other people asking the same thing with no replies, presumably because no-one else knows or no-one on the sites have even played it (horse racing games being a niche market and all).
