Converting DEC Rainbow 100 Raw MS-DOS Programs to an RX50 MS-DOS IMG or TD0 File

I have no problems with getting DEC Rainbow 100 CP/M software to run on MAME, because they are already in either .img or .td0 formats.

The MS-DOS DEC Rainbow 100 software I find online is just the raw MS-DOS files. How do I get them into either a .img or .td0 format?

I have been messing around with the CP/M Tools for DEC with no luck, not even for CP/M stuff.

I don't know if there are MS-DOS Tools for the DEC Rainbow 100 or another way to get them in some kind of RX50 disk image.

Please help.
