It's kind of odd that manufacturer has no website, all I see are auction site listings. I guess he's probably just making them one at a time or in small batches and selling the off when they're done?
From what I can see, it uses pretty standard parts. I think the sticks look like Happ Competitions? Assuming it uses an iPac or Keywiz encoder, I think it should be fine. You could, of course, build exactly the same thing for less money. If you don't have the tools, space, time, and/or skills for such a project, though, it's probably not a bad deal.
I'd say the only problem is that it goes a little bananas with the buttons. Really, 6 (or 7, at most) per player is plenty, and I like one set of flipper buttons on the sides which can double as "coin-up". I guess the idea is that the extra buttons can be mapped to MAME functions, but I would find myself hitting them by accident all of the time.
