I remember when it was listed on unMAMEd in 2000, there may have been an image snap of this game Taisen Puzzle Dama http://www.progettoemma.net/gioco.php?game=puzldama on the Konami section. It was eventually removed.
iirc there may have been a thread or two on the old MAME.net forums and some had guessed that there was never a Europe/World version of the arcade version of the game. That's what I vaguely recall.
