I don't, sorry. I originally started making the artwork for myself to use when playing MAME on TV with OUYA, so I made all the artwork 1920x1080 for a 1080P TV. I deliberately drew the screen bezel with minimal detail, otherwise I'd find it too distracting, such as the one you link to above.
The idea of my artwork is to focus on the game screen, as you do while actually playing. So, I made vert games full screen height at the correct 3:4 ratio, then kept the same screen size for horizontal games, to keep things consistent. Then, I just wanted to fill in the remaining space on a widescreen. I'm not concerned with showing marquees or CPOs, since you dont see these when actually playing a game. In fact, you're only peripherally aware of the bezel art, but it really does add to the experience, I think.

The fade is actually on the bezel artwork layer. The screen bezel itself is displayed separately as a backdrop layer, for technical reasons to do with the blend modes MAME uses for different layers. However, it does allow the screen bezel to be turned off/on, as desired.

I've contacted Mr. Do about this but haven't been sent any bezel to work on yet.
