The #1 problem I have with Windows 10 is that the Home edition (which is what I would get upgraded to from my Home Premium copy) wont let you say "hey Windows, don't install any updates, just tell me when there are updates to install and let me decide what to do" like I can with Windows 7. For a clueless user who doesn't know any better, making this the default and requiring a bit of effort to switch it off makes sense but it should be possible for those who DO know what they are doing to make their own decisions on updates.
