Smoker1, you don't use any downloading apps to download it, you just do it through your browser normally, as shown by Robbbert.
1. enter the password 2. Click on the 2nd entry (with the folder symbol and fba4更新1612) 3. Point at the .apk file at the bottom, you see the download symbol appear, click on it.
See inside the red circle on the attached image, that's the icon you click to download it.
