Folder Structure of Mame UI explained with e.g. sources?

Hello,

somebody know where the folder structure is explained of mameui and what content is expected (file extensions with which content). Where I can find the referring content with URLs?

- Artwork
- Software File Base
- Flyers
- Game Overs
- Manuals PDF
- Language
- Config
- Controller Files
- HLSR
- NVRAM
- Input Files
- ... (are many other folders which I would like to understand the meaning and what content is expected.
