No, they have all retired, except for John Hardy IV. The only developer left is Robbbert.
No offense to Robbbert, but my personal description for this situation is "life support".

John Hardy IV isn't a developer as in "programmer", he's more been MAMEUI's lead QA software tester. He also is the webmaster for http://www.mameui.info and maintains the packages hosted there.
