These are optional functions and can only used if you changed the source.
For the K007232 sound changed line 30 in src/devices/sound/k007232.cpp:
#define K007232_LOG_PCM (0)
to
#define K007232_LOG_PCM (1)
...and at the command prompt: mame -log
