Will Chihiro ever be emulated?

Emulation is possible for most Sega arcade systems these days, but only a few Chihiro games can partly run in emulation at the moment.

Would it ever be likely to be emulated fully?

Just wondering, before I launch into a series of videos on Sega arcade-vs-PC ports.
