Haven't been to the gym since early January right before I tore a calf muscle, then broke 6 bones in my right foot while stretching the calf out in a not-so-smart way, and after having the foot heal got a wee bit too drunk and tripped and fell thus breaking my left scaphoid bone and obliterating my TFCC in the same hand. In a cst for the past 4 weeks, and will be in it for another four weeks. Then surgery to reconstruct everything.
On the bright side, all the pain medication I've been on has made me aomewhat fearful of eating because trying to take a shit is like trying to shove a banana through a wedding ring. So I've actually lost weight!
