I think they mean 32 simultaneous touches, which seems like more than enough. I mean, I can only manage 21 by myself.

Just build your own.
Takes a computer (your choosing), an LCD to rip apart, Glass (if using lasers, or defussed reflextion) or Plexi for (ftir) and a camera with the IR filter removed and a good filter to only get the IR bands.
I've built a few, and building one in a cocktail table now (now being started last year, and project got put on hold since my daughter stole the LCD back from me. Finding a good 3/4 19" lcd is hard now).
Anyway, doesn't actually cost all that much...
