I'm pretty sure the one to the left of South Park is Harold Lloyd (the silent film star).
The one to the left of Link might be Buster Keaton (another silent film star).
I think the one to the right of ZZ Top is Demolition Man (Stallone and Snipes).
To the right of Superman is Snake from the movie Escape from New York.
To the right of Ghost Rider is Easy Rider, followed by possibly Mr. Bill.
After South Park I think is Hellboy.
After DareDevil... Cameo? (the 80's musician... "Word Up").
After Pokemon... JESUS!
Before Harry Potter... a Smurf.
After CHiPs, is it Rocky Balboa and Apollo Creed?
Lastly, I think after Ice Age, and this is pretty fucking obscure, it could be "Mandrake the Magician". It's an old comic strip with a white magician with a top hat and a mustache who had an African side-kick, Lothar, that sometimes wore a fez.

And finally, the one that'll stump most of you: Bottom left corner: FUNKY COPS.
This particular show is from France and had a very short run in American TV. It's a -very impressive- cartoon that made fun of everything in 70's cop shows, and it had a really AWESOME soundtrack. I used to watch it once in a while and really liked it, but the Spanish dub was kinda stupid.
